We'll get to see the Cullen's today!  They had a great "5 Bear" day yesterday.  The Duv's got to see moose on the way to work.  Just another day in Parkadise.  But it was a 'smidge chilly this morning--36 degrees, you know.....

Stay safe and cool, come out and see us!
Best regards,

Marianne

36 degrees,  I guess I can dream!  Keep the Yellowstone reports coming.

If I ever get some free time, I'll post a trip report, but in the meantime, here's one of 4 Grizzlies we saw in Yellowstone.

Cool image Becky!  Cropping the brighter stick from top makes it stronger IMO.

BZ, some people are just too picky.  I never even noticed the sticks!  lol.  I was more concerned that in every single shot its face was in shadow.  Oh well.  How many times do you even get the chance to capture a Grizzly?  I'll take it.

Thanks, Laura.  We women have to stick together!

By the way, Becky- Brian must have known you didn't crop out the sticks so as not to have chopped off the top of your adorable little sapling. The next time he gives you a hard time just do what he does. Find a way to insist it's part of the natural habitat and state confidently that you included it intentionally! ;)

Having said that, I just read his post more carefully and while I hate to admit it, I agree. Cry

Actually, Laura, I almost mentioned that I did indeed want to keep the top of the tree.  And seriously, I never noticed the sticks.  How sad is that?  But now that they have been pointed out, yeah, he's right again.  Unhappy

Here's another try.  I suppose now the little bit of branches on the left is too distracting...

Hmmmm...I don't know.  I kind of like seeing a bit more of its natural habitat...

See, if you read Brain's comment closely (which I am guilty of not always doing) he mentions cropping out just the top stick which leaved the top of the tree, the habitat and also draws the eye more into the picture. I am infuriated by the fact that he's right so often. Disapprove
